2.There maybe some delay due to traffic, holiday, weather, and post efficiency, it's out of our control. If your shipment delays, please be patient and contact us immediately, we promise to try our best to help.

We are willing to accept returns for any reason:

1.Defective or Wrong Products. You may return the goods for exchange or Refund   (within 30 days long); but please communicate us to offer pictures  before return. We are responsible for the return shipping cost.

2.Non-defective  and Right Products. It also can be returned if you are not satisfied   with the product, but you need to return it within 7 days after item arrival and pay for return shipping cost. Please make sure that the  product has not been used and with original packing.

3.For damaged items on arrival, please contact us immediately, sending us an email with a photo is preferred. We will offer solutions to such cases. Full refund or replacement will be guaranteed.

2. Defective items must be noticed within 7 days of the date you received it.

3. The buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges and insurance when returning items.

4. All returned merchandise must be in original factory conditions, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards and all accessories.
