Returns Policy                                               

This web site is intended for professional users. Customers must satisfy themselves that a product is suitable before making a purchase. Items sold online are sold on a firm sale basis and are not returnable. Items sold as new that within one year of the date of sale exhibit problems which can be attributed to manufacturing faults will be repaired or replaced. The decision to repair or replace will be at the discretion of Digibroadcast Co Ltd.                                                                                          

As part of our policy, items must be returned as new within 7 working days of delivery and with all the original packaging intact and product tags attached.                                            

Please notify us of your intention to return in writing  within 7 working days of receiving your delivery.         

Returns Policy  for USED products                                                                               

Problems that can be attributed to fair wear and tear, misuse, exposure to contaminants including water or impact damage will be chargeable repairs.

"You" the customer within 7 days must notify us if you wish to return your purchased products to be able to asses, verify and fix any disputes with the purchase.                                       

Customers wishing to return items to Digibroadcast Co Ltd. must contact us to obtain a returned material number (RMA) before shipping the item. When contacting us please say that you want to make a return and have your invoice number ready to quote.                                             

Items returned to Digibroadcast Co Ltd without prior agreement will be returned to the customer. Digibroadcast Co Ltd accepts no liability for financial losses incurred by customers who have submitted unauthorised returns.                                   

For some products the manufacturer offers the facility to register the product and obtain an enhanced warranty. Customers are strongly urged to register such products immediately. Digibroadcast co ltd regret that unregistered customers will not be able to benefit from the additional benefits.                                           

Unwanted Product Returns within 14 days                                        

"You" the customer within 7 days must notify us if you wish to return your purchased products. After 7 days, unwanted goods will only be accepted at Digibroadcast Co Ltd discretion and will be subject to a 25% restocking charge.                                         

The unwanted product must be returned in its original and undamaged packaging with all the accessories. Returns must be made within a reasonable period - maximum of 28 days from the day you receive the product.                                    

If the product is not returned in its original packaging, is damaged or has any accessories missing, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or charge for the missing accessories.                                        

We will not refund the delivery charge and you will be liable for the delivery charge when returning the product. Follow our Return Procedure to return the product.

Protech ST-7R (ST7R) Camera Shoulder Mount Adapter for Panasonic AG-DVX200 (Without DC Cable) protech_st-7r / PRO-ST-7R. Protech’s ST-7RP200 shoulder mount adaptor package has been designed to work with the Panasonic DVX200. When used together with the ST-7R, the camera feels and works like an ENG-style shoulder mounted camera.

There are key advantages to using a Protech shoulder mount adaptor. Firstly, it improves the ergonomics and handing of the camera for mobile shooting. With the Panasonic DVX200 in its naked form, any prolonged handheld shooting will cause discomfort for the operator in their hand, wrist and arm. By transforming the camera from handheld to a full-sized shoulder mounted setup, much of the weight and strain is supported by the operators’ shoulder.  This reduces fatigue significantly, even for short-form applications.

Not only does the ST-7R provide a comfortable solution for on-the-move shooting, it also expands the input and output functions of the camera. A key area this is achieved is in power management which is built directly to the back of.

Accessories can also be powered using the two D-Tap outputs, with one of these ports conveniently located on the ST-7R top handle. This allows easy access to power an accessory mounted here, such as a camera top light. The top handle itself is contoured to improve the comfort of carrying the camera off the shoulder.

Accompanying the two D-Tap ports are two 4-pin XLR connectors – one input and one output. The 4-pin XLR output allows larger accessories to be powered, whilst the input means the camera itself can be powered in studio scenarios, bypassing the need for batteries. Lastly, the ST-7R also features an easy access BNC junction terminal. 

The main aluminium die-case frame has been designed to be strong, durable, yet lightweight. It’s naturally well balanced, further adding to the ergonomics for shoulder mounted shooting. To ensure a secure fitting, there are two points of contact between the camera and the shoulder mount adaptor. First, an anti-twist 1/4-20 screw attaches to the base of the camera, with the second connection between the top handle of the ST-7R and the top handle of the DVX200. When installed securely, the ST-7R feels like it’s naturally part of the camera. 

To ensure quick and convenient transition from tripod to mobile operation, the ST-7R is fully compatible with all standard VCT quick-release tripod plates.

For anyone using the Panasonic DVX200 in a mobile, on-the-move environment, the Protech ST-7R provides the solution for both long-term power and prolonged comfort.
