adult Medium, headband is clean has a little stretch, the white is overall clean but does have a couple small marks hard to see, there was small dry paint on the edge of the blue but scratched it off, can still see a tiny bit of it (shown in the photographs). The upper portion is relaxed fit, we have paper under it for the photograph or make it stand up
