Return policy

I'll be happy to accept returns for a full refund if you are not happy with your purchase. However, purchased item(s) must be returned in the same condition it was receive. If the item(S) meets the proper criteria that listed below then a full refund will be issued, if it's not in the same condition, then no refund will be issued and you'll be placed on a block list. Failure to comply with the policies and conditions of Alabaster Box will be handled accordingly.

All item(s) purchased as a lot can be returned as a lot or separately if one or all of the item(S) does not meet your satisfaction and is returned in the exact condition received. Please contact me about/ when returning an item purchased as a lot in order to be issued a partial refund.

A 20% restocking fee will apply to all cancellation after winning an auction returns and original shipping is nonrefundable. If the item was listed with free shipping the shipping cost will still be deducted from the refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If there was damage in shipment buyer is responsible to file the insurance claim not return the item.

To start and process a return

·       Please send an email detailing the reason for the return 

·       Pictures of the item(S) must be submitted with the email showing defect if any

·       All item(S) must be returned in its original packaging such as boxes, bags, tags, UPCs.

·       Pictures of clothing, shoes, bags must show that the item is unworn, unused, without a scratch, tears, snag, rips, dirt or defect.

·       Certificates, manuals, warranty, and rebate cards

Shipping

I ship to eBay addresses only and will not make changes to do otherwise so MAKE SURE your address on eBay is correct BEFORE PAYING. If an item has been shipped with/to an INCORRECT ADDRESS that you listed, when it is returned and received, you will receive a partial refund of the purchase price, there will be a deduction of the shipping cost; even though the item was listed as free shipping. If the item goes missing due to your listing of an incorrect address, you will not be refunded the purchase price and/or shipping cost.
