Vintage Cocktail drink Parasols new in pack BHS "Christmas Cheer" 80s?.

This is a brand new unopened pack of drinks umbrellas. They're from BHS so I'd estimate 1980s or possibly 1990s stock. They say "christmas cheer' and suggest for ice creams or drinks.
