Contains blended ION exchange resins. Aquatiere filters contain our own blended media which negates the hardness and prevents the need to use harsh chemicals to remove spotting that hard water causes on auto paintwork. Please note this is a cleaning aid, vehicles still require a chamois finish to achieve that all important deep finish and shine.
Simple to install Our car cleaning filter is supplied with wall mountings and male push fit hose connectors for a simple adaptation to your garden hose. Fits all standard push fit female garden hose connectors
12 month life – excellent value This product has a 12 month life span (based on 40 washes), and it is great value.

Shipping Policy
We work weekdays only & aim to process your order within 48 hours, although most orders are sent the same day. During periods of great demand, fulfilment times may be extended purely because of limited manufacturing capacity. We always prioritise existing clients over new clients during these times.
We keep limited stock, as we want our product to be as fresh as possible when it arrives. Although the website is always open, we do not process orders at the weekends. We feel our staff work hard enough and we want them to enjoy their lives.
Generally, most orders are sent the same day but orders placed after 12:00 may not be processed until the following day. If you have an urgent order, we may be able to prioritise it for you by Calling us
Between October and March, product demand more than doubles and Monday?s are always extremely busy as we have to process all the weekend orders.
Delivery Policy
This service is either with the Royal Mail 24/48 hour service for items under 2Kg or with DHL Local for all items over 2Kg. For Northern Ireland and Highlands & Islands, and overseas transit times may be longer All UK orders should be delivered within 10 working days unless otherwise notified.
Cut off time for order deliveries Monday ? Friday:-

- Royal Mail by 16:00
Next Day Delivery (Mon-Fri) ? DHL Local offer the best value Next Day (Tracked) service BUT because they pick up at 12:30, the cut off time is 11:00 . we will try our hardest to get your order out, otherwise, it will be sent the next working day. Deliveries sent on a Friday will be delivered on Monday.
All orders outside of the UK will have an additional postage charge automatically calculated depending on weight, destination & service selected.
Delivery Address
The delivery address stated in your order should always be the registered address of the payment method used. If you wish to use an alternative address please note the following:-
We can not accept PO Box addresses as a destination for delivery
Work address ? Ensure your post room knows who you are and where you work. Once delivered to your address, we cannot accept liability for lost packages.
Pickup points:-
Royal Mail ? You can have the parcel sent to a Royal Mail Post Office for collection. You will need ID as proof of identity.
DHL ? Always give your registered home address. You will receive an email from DHL where you will have the option to have the parcel delivered to a collection point of your choice. You will need ID to collect this item.
Alternative addresses ? Packages can be sent to friends and family. Please ensure they aware of the delivery.
Returns policy
We only accept returns on sales which are 30 days or less and of a resalable condition (unused with its packaging) in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of sale . Merchandise that has been used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. If these conditions are met then you may return your unit. . We strongly recommend that you use traceable service to return any items, defective or otherwise.
IMPORTANT- Please send it and a covering letter stating the nature of return and the original sale reference number . Without these details we will not be able to process the return.
Upon receipt we will examine your case before a replacement is sent or any refund considered. Handling fees may apply if unit was purchased in error . Please note all shipping charges are non refundable on purchases made in error.
