Return Policy
Electronics must be returned within 30 days of purchase, computer software must be returned unopened. The shipping fee is non-refundable, unopened items and defective items might receive a full refund, and a minimum of 20% restocking fee will be charged for opened box items. Returned items must be shipped within 5 days of approval. Returned item(s) must be in the original packaging and include all accessories and manuals.
We reserve the right to test "defective" returns and impose a 20% customer fee of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any returned item that is damaged through customer misuse is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.
For returns with mismatched serial numbers/tampered serial number tags/non-original parts from our record, no reimbursement will be issued and the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees and commission fees. We reserve the right to bring suits, claims, and further actions.
