So, I bartered for these scuppernongs!   I cut grass for an elderly woman in exchange for enough to make 2 batches of jelly! I don't know her, but we are both happy with our exchange. These scuppernongs were so big and pretty,  they were almost Iridescent! Maybe that's not the right word they kind of looked like big pearls! I have a Mahui Lisa steam juicer, so, you get all the good juice out of them. They are just a touch cloudy because I got a little bit of the pulp in the juice.  But hey, I am not a machine! I don't like to make just plain jelly or plain jam like everybody else makes. If you really just taste this and find the flavor that's hidden in it instead of saying oh yeah, this is just grape  jelly, you will find something really unique in the flavor!

You know the best stuff doesn't have a barcode on it or a fancy label!  I have added more pictures of just fresh fruit that I either grow myself or that I go and pick and a couple different pictures of jam that I'm making and a couple pictures of other stuff like fig preserves and my other hot pepper jam that I make , which is the kind of orange looking one that's with peach. I have two passions in life aside from my family ,selling on eBay and making jam! I've been making it and selling jam locally for 17 years now. I grow everything myself and if I can't grow it I go and pick it myself that way I know what I'm using. Everything is small batch. I hope that if you have made it this far in my listing that you will give it a shot! Great on your morning biscuit and there are many other ways you can use it!  just putting out feelers to see how it would go, if it does okay I'll do it again next year but I only make it during the summer when the berries are ripe!

I have all kinds of other jams and jellies that I make and preserves if you have something in mind and I don't have it listed yet send me a message I'll see what I can do for you! If you buy more than one jar the shipping seems more reasonable .
