Receives calls

Not able to break dial tone with keypad, but it rings and calls are answered properly, handset works 

Has deep scratches gouges as shown in the pictures but is shiny and still presents itself fairly well.

Receives calls, transmits voices, but I can’t get it to dial out or break dialtone.   It has all the internal parts, but I believe the dial pad must be replaced, or repaired. Ringer works, volume control works for the ringer, the phone has a nice shine to it, but with some deep gouges in the handset as shown, and some sort of defect on the right side of the phone, which is subtle

The coiled cord was already replaced with new

I bought another one to replace it already so selling this one is a duplicate
