ABOUT OUR ITEMS 

Our items are housed in a clean, smoke-free environment. Unless otherwise stated, pre-owned, gently used plush/fabric items are lightly laundered or steamed and surface cleaned according to the manufacturer's instructions on the tags. Hard surface items have been wiped down with disinfectant wipes. All items have been inspected for rips, stains or flaws to the best of my knowledge. They are then measured, photographed, placed in clear product bags and transported to a climate controlled facility for storage and protection. 


PAYMENTS 

Payment is due immediately for "fixed price" items. For auction items, payment is due within three (3) days of auction close. 

 

SHIPPING 

Orders are shipped within one (1) business day of receiving cleared payment. I ship daily Monday through Friday via USPS with tracking (signature confirmation not included). I ship using the three Rs that benefit our planet,~Reduce~Reuse~Recycle~ therefore, I reuse packing boxes and materials whenever possible. 

 

TERMS OF SALE

100% money back guarantee if an item does not meet your expectations. Simply return the item for a full refund. A 20% restocking fee will be applied if a brand new item has been opened or if the tags have been removed since it will lower the price of resell.  


INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or postage cost. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
