Antique Brass / Bronze Serpent Tiller Yoke

This is a rare bronze tiller yoke in the form of entwined serpents, mid - late 19th century, 23" inches wide. There is also an extra bronze head fitting included - see last image. These yokes are normally described as brass, this one is definitely bronze

The overall condition is as you would expect from an object of substantial age that has been displayed/handled/used, usually over the lifetimes of several owners.
