Brazilian MAUSER BAYONET & Scabbard Alex Coppel Solingen WWI ERA


1908-1914 pre-World War I era GERMAN military BAYONET by Alexander Alex. Coppel of Solingen, Germany. This bayonet was manufactured for use with a Mauser rifle. It is also known as a “Brazilian Mauser,” M1908, or similar. Serial number 6857. The leather and brass scabbard is in REALLY outstanding condition.

Hole in the wood as seen in other examples of this blade manufactured by Coppel. Really outstanding item. Extremely nice condition and well-preserved. Imperial German weapon. Blade measures 11 ¾ inches.
