1.    All UK items are shipped via Royal Mail, and I use signed for delivery.

UK delivered within 5days of posting.      

2.    All International items are shipped via Royal Mail/Courier, and I use either signed for or tracked and signed services.  

International delivered within 21 days of posting                              

Items are shipped every day and normally within one day of purchase. Games are packed securely in cardboard parcels

All countries outside UK charge duties for VAT/Imports. Where this has not been charged on eBay  your parcel with have a customs label on it marked GIFT and a LOW CONTENTS VALUE so you will avoid these duties were possible. Item will still be insured for the correct value.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

We only sale 100% genuine products. All games are tested before posting.

In the event the item is faulty please contact us. Faulty items will be replaced or refunded upon return post.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your item, it can be returned within14 days of purchase. Please contact us if you wish to return item.
