• Measures with dress laying flat:  Neck to hemline, 20.5";  armpit to armpit, 13.5"
• Since it is handmade, I really don't know the size.  My guess would be about 3 months.
• Very nice, vintage condition, no issues with this one.  
• Hanger is not included.
