CUB brews some of Australia's most iconic and loved beers, including Victoria Bitter, Carlton Draught, Great Northern, Pure Blonde, Carlton Dry, Melbourne Bitter, Crown Lager, Cascade Premium Light and the Yak Ales. We trace our origins to the mid-nineteenth century when we first brewed Victoria Bitter and even earlier to the Cascade Brewery which was established in 1824 and commenced brewing in Tasmania in 1832. We employ nearly 1,600 people at our five Australian breweries and various offices around Australia. In Australia, CUB is a proud part of the Asahi Beverages family.

We endeavour to despatch orders within two business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 1-6 days within Australia depending on the destination of the purchase.

We suggest delivery direct to your home or workplace as goods are required to be signed for.

In the event that our carrier is unsuccessful in delivering to you on more than one occasion, the parcel may be returned to our warehouse. In the event that this occurs any additional freight charges will be incurred to resend your parcel.

Delivery lead times are estimated as accurately as possible. We will not be held liable for third party delays including but not limited to carrier delays, natural weather events, peak freight periods, country's customers (export/import) clearance requirements etc. No compensation will be paid in the event of delivery deadlines being exceeded.

CUB REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

YOUR RIGHT TO A REFUND OF PURCHASE price

You may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law for items you purchase from CUB if the item is:

• faulty and the fault or defect was not pointed out to you before you purchased it or would not have been apparent to you when you inspected the goods before purchase;
• significantly different from the photo or description on the website;
• substantially not fit for its purpose (meaning that the item does not do what you reasonably expected it would), and can?t easily be fixed within a reasonable time; or
• unsafe,

AND you return the item within a reasonable time after purchase and provide CUB with proof of purchase, such as your original invoice or bank statement. If there is a major failure with the item, you may choose a refund or exchange. If the failure is minor, we may repair the item within a reasonable time (or, at our discretion, replace or refund the item).

Where an item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, CUB will not provide a refund, exchange or repair.

For a returns, please send us a eBay message with all details of the item, any photos of faults and reason for return. Change of mind purchases must be covered by the consumer and any faulty items will have return shipping refunded.

'CHANGE OF MIND POLICY'

Please choose carefully when placing your order. Under our own 'Change of Mind Policy', if you simply change your mind we may, at our discretion, offer an exchange equivalent to the purchase price for most items provided that:

(a) you return the item within 30 days from the date you receive delivery
(b) the item is in its original condition; and
(c) all original labels, sealed packaging and tickets are attached to the item; and
(d) you provide an original tax invoice as proof of purchase; and
(e) discounted merchandise will only be exchanged, not refunded.
