Damage Policy:
It does not happen often but sometimes the glass does arrive damaged. Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any damage to us within 24 hours. We can then send your replacement & start a claim. For Truckline shipments, please do not sign the delivery receipt until you inspect the glass. If you do find damage or cannot inspect it please write that on the delivery receipt. Once that receipt is signed without that notation we are not able to do a claim.
