The shafts have some wear and rust, and the grips on the 8 Iron are cracked and torn and should probably be replaced. The 9 Iron has a lot of rust and some of the other club heads have some rust and cosmetic wear, otherwise the clubs are in good working shape, see photos. Clubs included are 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 Irons.
