Cooking instructions :
Soak the Soya in hot water for about 30 minutes and squeeze to remove the water out. Grind the garlic and ginger to a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan under medium heat. Add ginger, garlic paste. Fry till fragrant. Next add mix all the other ingredients in a bowl and add to the pan.
Cook covered for about 15 minutes or so until the desired consistency is achieved.
* If desired, you can add about 1/4 cups of coconut milk about 5 minutes before taking off the heat.
