Dress in nice condition. Black cotton with an over lay of silver lace at the waist and shoulders trimmed in fringe. The waist is has elastic around the circumference. The buttons are plastic. It does have that cute peak-a-boo cut out at the neck . There are gathers at the shoulders with pads. Belt loops are in place- but there is no belt.

And quite a bit of flare in the lower portion of the dress for movement or to add a crinoline !
