This copy is tight, UNREAD and is graded Fine Plus instead of As New only because the 2 inside covers have a light perimeter of sunning at the edges. On10/14/23, I found 5 copies of this book for sale on the net as follows: on eBay/ABE, I found the same copy that claims to be AS NEW even though it has a crease at the upper right corner of the front cover as well as a sawcut remainder mark across the top edge of the book - I grade it no better than fine minus - the seller is asking $140.00; on Amazon, there are 4 copies for sale as follows: an acceptable for $125.00, a vg for $$365.00 and two fine copies at $395.00 and $495.00.
