Originally established in Dubuque, Iowa in 1905 as the "German Savings Bank",
but all of that had to change with the advent of a World War, which made anything
"German" unpopular. It is still, however, under this name, a bank with a number
of locations in and around Dubuque, and their second oldest bank.
Accommodates a belt with a width of 1.5 inches.
