. Two rocker buttons - one controls footrest, one controls headrest

. Dark coloured removable cover - this cover has been damaged with one securing clip broken and small scratch on front (see photos). Original cover can be re-used

. Two concealed screw holes

. Face size 100 x 30mm

. Two white two pin connectors - marked 1 & 2, for connecting motors lead approx 1350mm long

. Single pin power lead 1350mm long
