Vintage Lego VW 1200 Beetle produced during late 1950s/early 1960s.  Made from clear plastic the cars were then spray painted in various colours.  This item is preloved and therefore showing signs of play related use - the original dark red paint (photos appear a bright red) has worn in places and the bumpers appear to be missing.  The underside of the car shows the Lego logo along with 'pat pend'.

An amazing and rare item, perfect for toy car or lego collectors.
