This is part of a large haul from the estate of a quilter/doll maker. This is a quilt kit to make Grandma and Grandpa's Farm quilt from the book Grandma's House by Joined at the Hip, book included. Finished size is 39" x 52". She has each block already sorted with the fabrics for the blocks. I think she was taking a class for this but never finished.  In with the pattern were a LOT of other fabrics...some small pieces to more than 2 yards of a couple. They are all neutrals, beiges, creams, gold's. I don't think they are necessarily for this quilt but I'm keeping this together as found. You may be getting lots of oop fabrics for your stash!
