PAYMENT
An Invoice will automatically be sent to your eBay account which need to be be paid within 5 days. If your item requires an additional surcharge please wait for this amount to be added to the invoice before you pay for your item.
We accept PayPal. However if Credit or Debit Cards are your preferred payment option, feel free to call us.
When a surcharge is required, the surcharge amount is fully refundable when we receive your old core unit and will be refunded in the same way in which you choose to pay it.
UK RETURNS
We offer a standard 14 day returns policy. As long as you have not fitted (or attempted) fitting the part and is not damaged when returned to us, we will refund you in full including postage. We do not pay for return postage. A re-stocking fee of up to 20% may apply for unwanted items that are returned.
In the unlikely event that one of our Steering Components develops a fault/leak within 12 months, we will replace the part for another unit free of charge (stock permitting). We will need to collect the faulty part ASAP, preferably at the same time. We are not accountable for faults that are caused by fitting errors. We do not pay labor charges.
INTERNATIONAL SALES
We are able to send our items to most worldwide destinations. International buyers must check the pictures in the listing and compare it with your part before purchase, please also contact us via email or telephone to confirm this is the correct part. As any incorrect part must be returned by the buyer and all postage costs are paid by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for any Import Tax or Customs Duty that may be charged by the International Courier or Customs. The International couriers we use are UPS, TNT, DPD & DHL. Tracking Information for your parcel is always available, if we have not given this to you automatically, please email us for it. We will always offer you the best price postage for your destination, this may not be the quickest option. If you have a preferred courier please ask for a price. We only use ROAD or AIR Services. International Shipping is NOT available, as this takes to long and tracking information is not given.
