These vintage jeans are very soft denim. They appear to be late 70s or early 80s. The tag is faded and not readable. They have a custom hem. See measurements.
Lay flat:
Waist is 19" (38)
Rise is just over 13"
Inseam is about 26" but with the rise being 13" it will be longer
Across the hips is about 22"
Outseam is about 37"
