I consider both books to be in overall Good vintage/pre-owned condition~ (Book of Poems): the dust jacket shows tears at the top and bottom along the spine, mild dinginess/discoloration with a few small stains along the top edge of the orange front endpaper; (Fairy Tales): very minor wear to the dust jacket including slight curling along the dust jacket edges and a small slit/tear in the jacket at the rear bottom edge. There is a small bend at the top corner of the rear cover board. Other than the autograph on the title page in Book of Poems, the pages of both books appear to be free of writing or damage and the bindings appear tight and square.
