hard to find vintage dog show brooch with ring number or ribbon clip. brooch is matte gold toned base metal with black velvet backing. brooch is marked CHS. a slight bit of gold plating is faded on the dog’s beard and ribbon/sash, which is embellished with “GRIFFON BRUXELLOIS”

this is from my personal collection of items i collected when i had both rough and smooth coated Griffs!!! how i miss them … but it’s time for someone else to enjoy this special and hard to find pin !!!
