POSTAGE & PACKAGING: For extra peace of mind, all my UK parcels are posted using Royal Mail Tracked 48. If you wish to pay extra for a different service, please let me know at the time of purchase & I will amend the invoice accordingly. I no longer post any other cheaper way due to items going astray. I have experimented using other courier service’s but, in my opinion, Royal Mail are still by far the most reliable & efficient.

My prices for postage include allowances for packaging and for the commission that both eBay and PayPal take from me as a seller so please be mindful of this when rating postage charges, as I don’t make any profit from my postage prices, in fact once I’ve factored in packaging costs, I make a loss.

I try to post next day but on occasions, due to work commitments, it may be the following day. If you need an item quickly then please let me know as soon as possible and I will do my best to fulfil this request for you. My parcels are packaged very securely using proper poly bags and labelled via the eBay print & post app with the printed information that you have given.  

PROMISE: All items are described to the best of my knowledge and all used items are freshly laundered unless they are dry clean only, whereby I leave it up to the purchaser. If there is any sign of wear and tear or damage I will state this in the listing. I am a private seller and I sell on behalf of my family, myself and occasionally my friends. All items come from a clean, smoke free home and have been lovingly cared for. However due to packaging and handling, they may arrive to you creased; this is unavoidable. I only sell things that I would be happy to receive myself. I welcome any questions you may have regarding any of my listings and I will answer as truthfully as possible. I would prefer you to ask questions before you bid if you are unsure about anything.
