You are bidding on a black beret from a former EZAPAC -Escuadrilla de Zapadores Paracaidistas- paratrooper in the late 1980s, before the green beret was officially adopted. The metal badge is the emblem of spanish air force paratroopers units, it is composed of the "rokiski" para wings and the parachute canopy surrounded surrounded by a sphere or circle which is fixed to the beret by two threads.

The beret is made of black color wool, it has the sweatband in leather and two eyelets to ventilate. The inner lining is made of fine fabric.

The beret is in excellent used condition, flawless. There are no stains or other damage. Size is 55 cm (6 7/8 approx.). Made by the famous beret manufacturer Boinas Elosegui S.A. from Tolosa, Spain. Spanish Air Force contract from 1988.
