Unpaid Item/s cases are automatically opened with eBay after 8-10 days [unless contact is made] & Non-Paying Bidders are AUTOMATICALLY added to BLOCKED BIDDERS LIST preventing any future purchases.

[As per eBay policy committing to buy is a legal contract, please don't bid if you can't complete transaction as we need to reclaim fees from eBay etc]. 

Shipping [Domestic & International]:

All Diecast & fragile items are well packed & always shipped in boxes.

Postage costs are kept as low as possible [eBay now charge sellers fees on post costs]. We recycle packaging materials when possible to keep postage costs down. 

Please request Registered/Insured Post option if you require signed for/insured delivery. We have no control of items once shipped. We always keep post receipts for customers. 

Tracking numbers are supplied when possible [our local Post Office don't always supply postcode/tracking info separately if we send multiple packages on same day], but we have tracking numbers on receipts & will track info with AusPost if a parcel doesn't arrive [rarely have problems].  Large orders & expensive items [like electronics etc] will have tracking info supplied in order details.

International shipping

On items offered for International shipping please request postage estimate [Estimate average +$20au for 1:64 scale] We do combine shipping based on weight. We ship to USA, UK, NZ, EU, JP. [we don't currently ship to South America, Italy etc due to unreliable delivery].
