Keep the old tradition alive with this lucky sixpence for your pudding. Old tradition says whoever finds the sixpence in their piece of pudding is thought to have good luck the coming year. It was also tradition to make the pudding on stir up Sunday, putting the sixpence in the mix and every family member giving it a stir.
Some families have used the same sixpence for many generations.


Comes complete with a genuine sixpence which is ex circulated but has been cleaned for a lovely finish (date is random from 1947-1967). It is then mounted onto white card
on the reverse the verse reads the tradition of the sixpence at xmas time for your pudding

Finally we fold the mounting card and house in a plastic wallet for safe keeping
