This ceiling light can work perfectly in the USA, Canada ...
It is not necessary to rewire a European chandelier
(unless of course the electric cables are damaged, which is not the case here),
the electric wires are used only to conduct electricity, regardless of the voltage ...
THE IMPORTANT thing is to use the right BULBS
(adapted to your voltage, with socket E14).
As with all electrical items I would recommend being checked
and installed by a qualified electrician.
