Grade: vf/nm the spine has a few tics that break some colour.  The spine corners aren't as sharp as they could be.  The top edge on the back cover has a few faint bends/creases along it, the top edge on the front has a few faint lines.  

Grading can be a subjective thing and ultimately the grade I've assigned is my opinion of the comic.  If you have any questions about the comic please don't hesitate to ask I'm usually fairly quick to respond.
