• To initiate a return, simply notify us by email within 14 days of receiving the merchandise if you are not 100% satisfied. Once we have received your notification, we will email you back with further instructions. • Returned item must be received by us in the condition it was sent.
• If the reason for return is something we did wrong, including damage in transit, you will receive a full refund. We will also cover the return shipping back to us, using our own chosen carrier. Please keep original packaging for the return shipment.
• If the reason for return is not something we did wrong, we ask that you arrange and pay for the shipping to us. In some cases, your refund may have our initial shipping costs deducted from the refund amount.
• Returns are to our office in Essex, UK. Please feel free to ask us for a return shipping cost estimate.
• We recommend that you keep the original packing materials we have used, until you are sure you will not be returning the piece to us.
