They are older bulbs that have been stored away for several years, any packages that were open we discarded, these are all sealed packages and should be good but there could be a random failure here or there. Because of this we have priced our bulbs at a discounted price instead of $4 like many other listings. We have also set the listing up for additional discounts if you elect to purchase more.
