Amethyst
New with tag. This is a nice pendant. The stone is a real amethyst from Africa, and both the setting and 24 inch adjustable chain are genuine sterling silver stamped 925.
The amethyst is a deep purple. The stone is a 9X6mm pear or teardrop cut and weighs 0.75 cts. The stone is bezel set in the sterling silver setting. The 925 silver mark is on the back of the pendant, and on the clasp of the chain. This pendant measures just over 3/4 inch long from the top of the bale to the bottom of the silver work, and it comes with a 24 inch adjustable sterling silver chain. The chain is a bolo style, and can be adjusted to a shorter length by pulling a length of chain through a silver ball (see the 6th photo in the listing). This is a pretty pendant.
