Vintage PLATINUM wedding band with hallmark Birmingham c.1990s and makers mark "TEM" which are both laser engraved and can be read with loupe as hard to see  -  approx size "O" or US size 7 1/4 as is approx 17.5mms in diameter - approx. 2 mms wide and weighs 3.9 grams  .
