This is a Very Nice Vintage Retro Seiko Japan Modern Wall Clock with mechanical works, and with Time, Date, Chime and Day of the week functions!
Pristine condition, considering age. Comes with original wind key. Looks like it was very little used, and is super clean.
Clock is currently in running condition, but the day feature continues on after day 30 or 31. As of this writing, it shows day "38" with red "SUN" font. Not sure how (or if) an adjustment is needed for date to re-start at "01" for first day of the month.
I did have to Nudge the pendulum (as it would stop after a minute or so), but after a handful of restarts, the clock has been running for several days now. Buyer may need to repeat these steps (or other minor adjustment), to get the clock going.
Face case appears to be glass and faux wood grain plastic, with wood secondary, back and sides appear to be wood.
I see that "SAT" (saturday) is blue color, and SUN (Sunday) is red, while the weekdays are white, which is interesting.
Clock measures roughly 17" tall, by 10" wide, by about 4.25" deep. It weighs about 7.5 lbs.
Tough to find model, especially this nice.
