Vintage 1950s Japan Caroling Elf Christmas Bell Figurine
This gold detailed, hand painted figurine was produced in Japan during the 1950s. It depicts a winged singing elf with a heart shaped mouth caroling on a snowbank. The pixie is holding a songbook that has gold painted notes on it. He is embellished with spaghetti trim around the bottom of his jacket and has a bird resting at his feet. The underside of this figurine features a green wreath clapper adorned with 3 red berries.
Measures ~ 3 3/4" H x 3 3/4" W x 2 1/4" L.
It is in very good vintage condition. The spaghetti trim is intact. There is minor age related paint loss and some minor rough edges. Please view the pictures.
