Original Discounted Clothing is our name and it’s exactly what we do. We aim to bring popular designer, luxury and sportswear items at discounted prices. Items range from sought-after collaborations, new with tags vintage items to classic designer staples from a variety of well-known brands. Based in Scotland we carefully source brand-new clothing items direct from retailers and their authorised resellers. We travel the length and breadth of the UK sourcing items so you don’t have to.

As a business, we make the following commitments :

Communication: We will update you when your item has been dispatched and provide a tracking number/proof of postage upon dispatch. We will also respond to all queries as quickly as possible but please understand as with everyone we have other commitments which may occasionally mean a slight delay. But we aim to always respond within 24 hours

Authenticity: All of the items we sell are authentic directly sourced from retailers or their approved resellers so you can buy with complete confidence.

Service: We believe in excellent customer service so if you have any requests we will do our best to deliver these within reason.

Furthermore if for any reason we haven't exceeded your expectations or you are unhappy about any aspect of your purchase, please contact us directly before leaving feedback or opening a case and we do everything we can reasonably do to resolve the issue.

Delivery

Within the UK, purchases are sent out by Royal Mail second class signed for the post unless stated otherwise. Buyers will have the option to improve postage at their cost should they choose to

Dispatches are made 2-3 times per week but normally within 24 hours as we know you want your items as soon as possible.

All items are sent in sustainable or biodegradable packing as we believe in reducing our environmental impact where possible. On arrival, goods will typically require a little time or steam or iron to allow any creases from shipping to fall out. 

We do ship internationally through eBay's global shipping program. Note all costs concerning this and the availability of this service are related to eBay and not us directly. Due to risk and regulatory requirements, we do not ship directly intentionally so please don’t ask.

Returns

Returns cause significant cashflow issues. To ensure that you have peace of mind when you buy, measurements are provided for all garments. Please compare the measurements given with an existing piece from your wardrobe to check fit. 

Mistakes do happen, and if there is a fault or a wrong item is sent out then this will be sorted appropriately.
