This is an ORIGINAL CATALOG FEATURING THE WINTER (HIVER) COLLECTION OF CHRISTIAN DIOR 1949 - 1950 that was an October supplement in the de Femina which I believe was a popular magazine for the elite of Paris. It was published in Paris, France. It is heavier photography weight pages with the front and back cover being lightweight cardboard. Approx 38 pages w photos of multiple designs and some w only one design on a page. The back page is a Wedding Gown. All are black and white except the colored one on the front cover. Dior that was trumpeted in the fashion press: the Envol and Cyclone/Zigzag lines in 1948; the Trompe l'Oeil and Mid-Century lines in 1949; the Vertical and Oblique lines in 1950; These designs are at the height of him being recognized.
