As an option if you want to have tracking until your door you can: 1) Choose USPS Priority, 2) choose REGISTERED SERVICE. Registered service lock your package in a locked container, can be traceable until delivery and provide delivery confirmation.

We have never lost a package, but some customers get anxious not knowing where is the package or when it will arrive. USPS priority delivers 6-10 business days to most international places.

If you do not choose a service with tracking information and the package get lost or delay is your responsibility. We are responsible to deliver to USPS and to prove that USPS received and that the USPS website shows in the tracking page that the package was receipt and scanned by USPS
