Full-body 100 g

Presoak herbal ball in cool water for 10-20 minutes. Steam or heat ball in a microwave oven. Once warm or hot to desired temperature (use palm to test temperature) wrap it with a bath towel if too hot to prevent direct burning then rub and press herbal compress lightly on different areas of your body where stiffness or ache is felt. The ball can be re-used for a few times within a month after first use or until its aroma fades away. After each use, keep poultice in a cool, dry place. No need to refrigerate.
