Description:  This box originally came with a Russian Madame Alexander doll inside, as well as a smaller Matryoshka doll.  Now it is only the box, and what appears to be a scarf.  Madame Alexander sticker on bottom, as well as signature of artist.  Several chips along seam.  See photos.
