Up for sale is a hand painted souvenir plate from Cozumel, Mexico featuring a lighthouse, crashing waves, birds and a gorgeous sunset.  Signed by artist.  I can't be sure of the signature but looks like Rivera Rodriguez or Rosario Rodriguez...Dated 1999 approximately 6" in diameter.  Gorgeous and colorful example of Mexican artwork.
