Custom one of a kind dollhouse is made completely from solid oak including walls, trim, chimney, and scalloped roof. The craftsmanship is IMPECCABLE.

Made in the early 70s with what looks like a repair along front “balcony” (superficial) and a separation in roofing. These, along with the misshapen vent, are shown in the pics.

Wired for electricity but sold without power source.
