Product introduction
The FGM-148 anti-tank guided missile was developed as a successor to the M47 Dragon anti-tank missile. It's a bullet javelin. Development began in the 1980s and it was deployed to the US military in 1996.
It is a completely unrestricted guided missile that targets tanks, but can also attack bases, buildings, and helicopters at low altitudes.
The United States provided large quantities of these javelins to Ukraine during Russia's invasion of Ukraine, resulting in a successful war.
