This Sigma
E mount 30mm f/1.4 lens is professional grade lens for the Canon mirrorless
system. Its large aperture is great for low light shooting and depth of field control.
Fantastic image quality, build and finish make this a premium lens.
Unfortunately,
when attached to a camera body, the body registers an “F00” error in the
aperture display. This indicates that the lens and body are not communicating.
I have tried the usual fixes (remove battery, clean lens contacts etc.) with no
success. I suspect the ROM chip or a connection/wiring to the ROM is corrupt so
I am listing this lens for parts or repair at a good price.
This
lens (S/N 543803xx) is in mint condition
as far as cosmetics go, showing
no signs of wear to cosmetic surfaces. Optics are pristine – no dust inside, no
fungus or haze, scratches, blemishes etc. and the aperture blades are clean.
Both caps included with the lens.
