Returns policy.

 All returns are subject to the conditions in our returns policy below:

All items are security marked, security sealed, and all serial numbers noted to prevent fraud.

If the items were received in anti-static packaging, they MUST be returned in the anti-static packaging that was provided to avoid damaging the item. Failure to return the items in the antistatic bags provided, will void your returns and the item will be returned at the buyer’s cost.

Please fill in and return the returns request form that has been included in the parcel.

*The following items are not eligible for returns due to health protection and hygiene reasons. This includes items of the following categories due to the product being opened, tried on, used and/or worn (this list is not exhaustive)

Headphones; earbuds, headsets, wearable tech and appliances.                                                        *This policy does not apply if the item develops and manufactures fault

 

Unwanted items

If you decide after purchasing you no longer want the item, please notify us immediately so we can cancel the sale before shipping. Although we offer free shipping, this comes to a cost to the company. For this reason, If the item has already been dispatched, the shipping fee for posting the item to you will be deducted from your refund and return shipping will be the buyers responsibility. Buyers will have 14 days from initiating return to send the item/items back to us. Please contact us before initiating a return.  

All refurbished items will be subject to an additional 15% restocking fee inline with eBays partial refund guidelines.

We are happy to accept returns on all unwanted items however, items must be returned unopen, in their original retail packaging (where applied), with the security seal intact, with all manuals and accessories and in re-saleable condition. Any items that are not returned in the above condition, will be ineligible for a refund. Items found to be ineligible for a refund, will be returned at buyer’s cost.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure we receive the item, should any issues arise with postal services. Please ensure you get insurance cover for the full value of the product as we will not be liable for any loss or damage in transit.  It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the item/items are securely and adequately packaged to prevent damage. If we receive the item damaged due to being incorrectly packaged, we will assess and re-evaluate the additional damage and the cost of the additional defect will be deducted accordingly. Please fill in and return the returns request form that has been included in the parcel.

 

Faulty items - Please only open a return for faulty items if there is genuine damage as charges will apply** if this is falsely used.

In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, we must be notified within 3 days of the confirmation of delivery. Any damage claims cannot be accepted after this time. Buyers will have 14 days from initiating faulty goods return to return the item/items to us.

We will provide a returns label at our expense. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the item/items are securely and adequately packaged to prevent further damage. If we receive the item with additional damage due to being incorrectly packaged, we will assess and re-evaluate the additional damage and the cost of the additional defect will be deducted accordingly. Please fill in and return the returns receipt that has been included in the parcel.

 Please allow up to 6 working days after we have received the item back to receive your refund. This will allow us time to inspect the item following eBays policy for the condition of returned products.

**If buyer returns the item under the pretense that the item is faulty and this is found to be untrue, a 15% fee will apply for admin fees + a deduction of the cost of the returns label delivery fee.
